Diagnosis

Female eyes large, DE/DO = 2.8; scutellum entirely smooth and shiny or with engraved and very weak reticulation mediolaterally, lateral mesh-rows situated half-way between median groove and lateral margin of scutellum; median carina on propodeum elongate, LC/WC = 4.7, with parallel sides; petiole long, 2.3X as long as wide in female, 3.0X in male; female gaster with tergites 1-6 strongly hairy laterally, and 2-6 strongly hairy dorsally; some specimens, e.g. the holotype, with 1-3 setae on ventral surface of costal cell, and one specimen with a complete row of setae in costal cell. < /FONT >
